Minister of Economics of the Republic of Latvia Jānis Vitenbergs will visit the Institute of Solid State Physics, University of Latvia to discuss the topical issues in science, the international achievements of the Institute, existing and planned cooperation of the ISSP UL with Latvian and foreign companies and the amount of the contract work carried out at the Institute. The Minister’s visit will demonstrate his support and readiness of the Ministry of Economics to participate in the provision of funding for implementation of the long-term research projects such as the new initiative of the Ministry - National Research Program “Innovation Fund – Industry Research Program”.
