Mastering Nanotechnologies: ISSP UL’s researcher participates in the prestigious ESONN 2023

In the pursuit of academic excellence, third-year PhD student working as a research assistant in the ISSP UL’s Microscopy Laboratory Annamarija Trausa embarked on an enlightening journey this summer by participating in the prestigious European School On Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (ESONN) 2023, held in the picturesque city of Grenoble, France, from August 27th to September 9th.

ESONN, renowned for its commitment to advancing the frontiers of Nanosciences and Nanotechnologies, provides a transformative two-week course aimed at nurturing the talents of graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and scientists from universities and laboratories worldwide. This exceptional program, a collaborative effort between European universities and research centers, distinguishes itself with its profound emphasis on interdisciplinarity, recognizing that the realm of Nanosciences thrives at the intersection of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
