Edgars Butanovs from ISSP UL Thin Films Laboratory participated in the summer school “Optoelectronics on 2D materials” in Davos Switzerland from August 20 to August 25, where he presented the poster “Single-nanowire photodetectors based on nanowire/2D-material core/shell heterostructures”.
The summer school gave the participants an overview on the research being done on 2D material‐based optics and optoelectronics, starting from a general introduction to finally address the most recent results and future challenges of the field.
