ENRIS 2017

Representatives from the ISSP UL - Valdis Korsaks (ISSP UL Laboratory of Spectroscopy), Andris Ozoliņš (ISSP UL Project Manager), Andris Anspoks (ISSP UL Deputy Director for innovation) and Gatis Mozoļevskis (ISSP UL Laboratory of Prototyping of Electronic & Photonic Devices) participated in the 1st European Nanofabrication Research Infrastructure Symposium - ENRIS 2017 taking place in Trondheim, Norway on May 8-9.

 

The conference on cleanroom operation, management and user training was organized by the Nordic Nanolab Network in cooperation with Euro NanoLab. All attendees also were invited to participate in the Nordic Nanolab User Meeting 2017 (NNUM 2017). The meeting covered several plenary talks and thematic seminars on materials analysis and characterization, thin film technologies, etching technologies and lithography. In addition, the program included a poster session and laboratory tours to NTNU NanoLab, NorTEM, RECX and the MBE facilities. The meeting also hosted a technical exhibition of cleanroom related equipment.

 

Andris Anspoks participated in the Symposium with poster about the CAMART2 project. ISSP representatives improved knowledge about usage of the Open Access Laboratory (OAL) infrastructure and established contacts with Nordic Nanolab Network.
